Where Do You Go...

when you want to contemplate life? If you need a quiet refuge, where do you find it?

this is so freaky goth girl:

but i look for old cemetaries. i really like to rub graves (charcol and vellum paper), they're between the worlds.

i like rivers too. or siting in the bottom of my closet under a blanket with a flashlight

I like to go out into the mountains or by a lake or river.

I usually go for a long walk (often times in the rain so that I "own" everywhere I stroll).

Hey, you stole my answer! I've never met anyone else who was into this. Most people just think it's a little strange or creepy. :)

sorry :(

it was on my mind because my best friend and i were in a diner in the middle of the night and she had an urge to *visit* her grandparents.

being in a cemetary at 3:00 AM is tres cool - well it was until the cops showed up.

I've kinda done the cemetary thing... but it's usually when something very heavy is on my mind, and it isn't just any old cemetary, but the Notre Dame Cemetary.

It's where my mother's buried. and yeah, I've done the 3 am thing too.

Quite peaceful actually.

There's another place I used to go also. It's a wooded area where I grew up not too far away, but kinda bleak...

It always reminded me of an old cathedal because all the pine trees were planted in perfectly straight rows.

That's kind of my very private sanctuary.
